HB=Hornbuckle

This is my idea of a MK game.

Hornbuckle is guarding the egg until he hears a crack so runs away to tell the Shoa Kahn.HB s attacked by one of the Kahns soldiers because they think he is running away. Then a herde come and there is a fight (goes into fight mode).

After that Hornbuckle arrives at the portal where he communicates with him (Like in MK:A film Kahn threatens Earthrealm when his face appears in the skies) Kahn appears and questions Hornbuckle ''WHAT! This better be good i am BUSY!'' Hornbuckle replies ''The Dragon Egg there was a crack i heard it'' In an instant a Portal appears from mid-air, Kahn and a few soldiers followed by Kintaro fall through the portal. ''Where is the egg?'' Kahn asks, ''OVer here follow me'' HB replies, they follow him and he leads them to The Dragon egg. As Kahn takes a look for a couple of seconds he is silent then lashes out in rage ''THIS IS THE THIRD TIME YOU'VE DONE THIS! I SAID ALERT ME WHEN ITS CRACKED THIS ISN'T CRACKED'' Kahn screams loudly and gives a hefty blow to Hornbuckle's head and he drops to the ground lying unconcious.

3 minutes later HB is up and can hear sounds, he runs to that part and glares at what is infront of him and looks curious it doesn't take long for him to think up his answer so he runs ahead and jumps thorugh the portal.

He ends up in OUTWORLD. He runs away to a little cabin where he meets a lady named Kitana. ''He asks where am i?'' Kitana lifts her head and takes a look at Hornbuckle then jumps up ''IT'S YOU! So it is true there is a Hornbuckle then huh?'' HB doesn't reply looking shocked that she knew his name ''HB you must follow me to Earth Realm if your are to live'' Kitana states. She drops a crystal ball and then a Portal opens. HB stares at it having regret then is pulled in by Kitana.

Then HB meets Liu kang and he teaches you how to fight (just one tutorial not like MKD so you know how to fight with HB). In Outworld Kahn checks up on HB but finds he is not there and alerts his army who go looking for you invading Earth Realm it's your first proper fight after the tutorial and you have to take down Kahns army.

This isn't good, the way that you have it, it doesn't sound too much MK-ish. It's not good. But I'm not going to be rude or anything and say that it sucks, but just the way that you wrote this just doesn't sound dark enough.

First of all there is no existing character named Shoa Kahn. He is imaginary like Lui Kang and Scorapion.

Second of all Hornbuckle is indeed a mere pallete swap of Liu Kang.

Third this has nothing to do with any canon story ever introduced and in fact seems to go against the real MK storyline.

Fourth this would not even fit in to a canon game let alone make one.

Fifth and last. This was made better than it could have been. 1/5

Okay, first off, "Shoa Kahn" is a typo, if there was more than one Shao that was Shoa then it's not, but I only counted one which means it's probably a typo that is pathetic to pick on the guy in the first place. The people who consistently call Kahn Kanh, Liu Lui, and Scorpion Scropian are people who are not real MK fans.

Yes we know that Hornbuckle is a pallete swap of Kang and that if you actually READ what he had to write, you would find out that he was trying to make up of an adventure game featuring Hornbuckle. So what if it's not cannon or anything like that, it's MADE UP.

And, if Hornbuckle was indeed a real character, I'm pretty sure that Midway could have put him in a way where events in his life could be cannon. Did you even read what he had to write or did you just stop when you saw the typo? Just asking of course.

John Stalvern waited. The lights above him blinked and sparked out of the air. There were demons in the base. He didn't see them, but had expected them now for years. His warnings to Cernel Joson were not listenend to and now it was too late. Far too late for now, anyway.
John was a space marine for fourteen years. When he was young he watched the spaceships and he said to dad "I want to be on the ships daddy."
Dad said "No! You will BE KILL BY DEMONS"
There was a time when he believed him. Then as he got oldered he stopped. But now in the space station base of the UAC he knew there were demons.
"This is Joson" the radio crackered. "You must fight the demons!"
So John gotted his palsma rifle and blew up the wall.
"HE GOING TO KILL US" said the demons
"I will shoot at him" said the cyberdemon and he fired the rocket missiles. John plasmaed at him and tried to blew him up. But then the ceiling fell and they were trapped and not able to kill.
"No! I must kill the demons" he shouted
The radio said "No, John. You are the demons"
And then John was a zombie.

MAn why all critisice i spelt Shoa Kahn cos i didn't notice i spelt Liu Kang right i didn't include Scorpion in my story its just made up and i know Hornbuckle is a only a clour swap of Liu Kang but i wanted to do it who else guards the Dragon Egg except Blaze?

The reason why is becuase it's not how the guy's name should be spelt. The problem in this whole post you wrote... can you please write clearly so everyone can understand what you're talking about? I had to read it 3 times to actually figure out what you're trying to say because of so many poor grammar issues.

I know that people here are not perfect typers, but come on.

And I understand that you wanted to make something different for once, no one really has Hornbuckle for anything, but the way I said it, the whole thing doesn't sound to dark enough for MK. Also, why is Hornbuckle the main character for this game? You didn't specify that either.

Hornbuckle is just a background pallet swap. He has even LESS chance than Blaze did of entering a Mortal Kombat game. But Blaze made it, who knows. I wouldn't mind seeing a character made that people have been speculating over for ages.

Not really. Ermac was made by Errors in the game that made Scorpion turn red. And it was called ErrorMACross... he wasn't really IN the game as anything but a mere error. And besides... Ermac wasn't made until UMK3... so technically, something had to have happened when they made Ermac for UMK3 and not for MK2.
