MKX Stream - Alternate Costume Discussion

In the stream, they mentioned how there will indeed be alternate costumes, but he hinted that some kombatants were revealed in their alternate attire. So we still have yet to see some kombatants in their regular attire.
We may hate the wait, but the reveals seem endless wow

Yeah as far as the alternates, my first thought was Kung Lao. Maybe the default costume is the younger versions of the characters, with alternates showing them aged?

I'm thinking Reptile is in his alt right now and that his main is what we saw in the comics.
My guess is we'll see revenant Kung Lao and Kitana as costumes, seeing as though that's how they'll most likely begin in the story mode.
