Still boring as fuck. His brutal and animations look good, but we've seen all of this shit already. So bored of the slasher characters, I really hope Bo redeems this pack for me.

Disgusted with the way they are doing the content with XL. Awesome that they want to give new content, but preordering/mobile exclusives plus content after XL is seriously inexcusable.

If there truly will be additional content beyond KP2, I imagine it will be no more than 2 characters.

And face it, no matter how badly you don't want it to be, one of those 2 characters will be a guest. Guaranteed. So my prediction for content beyond KP2 is:

1) Spawn
2) Havik, Reiko, Sheeva, Frost, Fujin or Revenant Kahn

I'm guessing they may go the comic book route to appease the many fans who wanted a more comic book oriented roster, so one of the above characters will finally appear, other than Rev Kahn who would just be a "big finale".

More kontent probably means moves, kostumes and such. You guys really believe more characters are coming? Come on now..

As far as I'm concerned, anything is possible. Yeah, I've bitched and moaned for almost a year now about the roster and their DLC choices but in all honesty they've gone above and beyond with this game after it's initial release;

- Another arena
- A shit ton of kostumes
- Two Kombat Packs
- More stage fatalities
- Secret Brutalities we've apparently still yet to discover
- Improving the netcode after the game's already released
- Additional content on the way outside of KP2 whatever that may be

Whether it be extra characters for the game, extra arenas, extra costumes, extra finishers or exclusive characters for MKX Mobile (similar to Injustice mobile), I'm not counting anything out at this point.

The more they deliver, the better for us.
I still hope Fujin and Sareena will be playable in mkx.

To me this Kombat Kast wasn't as good as many before it. I also feel like they rushed this one and they too didn't care as much as you think they would. And I believe Leatherface will become like Noob Saibot in MK Trilogy. Leatherface is a broken character and a lot of people will definitely spam his unblockable move. Especially if they get you in a corner. Not impressed with him. Sorry.

Am I the only one not afraid of that unblockable?

Reptile is a character who shouldn't have a problem at all dealing with Butcher and Killer. He does extremely well up close and personal.

Pretty Lady is the variation that concerns me. Force Balls are looking useless in this MU and I can only zone so much with Acid Spit. Unless once I learn more about LF's frame data, I may be able to work out a setup that will trade and will be in my favor but won't know that until March.

I've got EX Slide (which, at 6 frames, stands as one of the fastest specials in the game) and that's great for low profiling and closing distance but Rep is already so meter dependant that I don't like to spend the bar mid match unless I know fersure it'll get me in and I can stay in. Not to mention that Pretty Lady has air projectiles so there's a chance an ill timed slide will still whiff. Ex Klaw Pounce is alright too when used sparingly, but if it's blocked, I'm eating a full combo.

Someone stated that it was mentioned in this kombat kast that the mobile skins will NOT be included in the XL edition, but if they said that, I missed it. Did anyone else hear this or is it just b.s.?

In the MK XL trailer they showed off some of Scorpions alts and it specifically said in the trailer "every alt ever" even showing off 'Injustice' Scorpion; a mobile unlock. If it happens that the mobile skins are still locked into the mobile game then that's just false advertisement.

I noticed they didn't show the Gold Scorpion skin in the trailer. It's already a kind of false advertisement when they call it a complete edition but it doesn't include everything. The Injustice ultimate edition didn't have any of the mobile unlocks if I recall.

I've just watched again. They said no mobile skins.
Also not all skins available in XL will be covered in KP2 meaning, I assume, if you've got X and KP1 getting KP2 will not give you the job lot. They can be bought 'A la carte'.

The price difference between XL and KP2 is 13 ukp. I could sell my original X and not lose out, maybe. I'm not sure I can be bothered.

I'm liking the new characters so far and the game plays much better now on Hard.
