mk vs dc lets see every body had the same throwing moves but in mk9 shouldn't every charecter get there own throwing moves i mean it dont make sense if they dont implement them in the game. cause older titles like mka and deception had them so why not mk9!

Probably because not every game needs to be identical to the last. Throws aren't important to me, but if it's included in the game, which I have a feeling it will, then it's whatever.

I like throws and I think that they have an important place in fighting games. To me, they bring a whole new dimension to a fighter. You have counters in to throws, joint locks, regular throws, multi-part throws, throw escapes, throw in to counter throw, shrimp gumbo, deep fried shrip... Well, yeah, you get the idea.

I think that Mk could take throws and put their own brutal spin on them. Take Jax's "gotcha grab" from MK2. To me, that's a great throw that's fun to do because you have to try and get a hold of the person/sucker them in, then you also get to determine how many times you hit the opponent.

Plus it's just a big dude bashing their fist against someone's face repeatedly, so again, that's kinda brutal.

I'd like to see MK go that route and have fun to use throws (plus all of the stuff I said before, minus the shrimp gumbo but definitely including the deep fried) that are uniquely MK in feel and execution.

Just my 2 cents, but yes, I'd love to see more throws in an MK style. It's a part of fighting games that they've just blatantly ignored for too long now.

i'd like to see multiple throws per character but i doubt that would happen. the throws i'd like to see are back throws, front throws, side throws, ground throws, air throws, crouching throws, counter throws, unblockable throws, running throws, and combo throws just to name a few.

i enjoy doing throws in any fighting game. if a person likes to block you just do a throw and they have to change things up.

i like them. does anyone else like them.

Whenever i read this post title, i think it means screengrabs, then click on it at the same time as i remember.

Anyway throws are cool. I'd like to see some special throws for characters. I'm tempted to say make the throws really long and epic, but then whatever they could think of for that could basically be a fatality, and long times without input during gameplay can be really irritating, especially when you've been playing for a while.
