I've read some where on the internet that mk9 might be a A rated game for adults only. Could this be true an A rated mortal kombat game? Can someone tell me if I heard wrong or right.

That's not gonna happen. It's AO for Adults Only, but that won't happen. Gamestop, nor any other store, sell games rated AO. So that would be a very bad move on WB's/MK Team's part.

Boon has expressed his concern about some of the new Fatalities being too violent for an M rating. I guess that's where your "internet source" got that idea. If it is rated AO they will turn it down until it get's M.

I kind of laughed when I saw this for two reasons:

1.There is no such thing as an "A" Rating in the ESRB
2.MK9 being Ao? That would screw them over

AO games don't get released by Gamestop, Walmart, Best Buy etc.

Just because it says it on the Internet doesn't mean it's true.

With the Gestapo of videogames all over the world, censoring and telling you what you can play....impossible.
