Technically, it wouldn't be such a cool game at all. You have given us little details about the game and hmm.... I don't know, mispelled Conqueror. Seriously, you really need to spell right, because your title clearly says "Concerer" and I have no idea what the heck that is.

Also, why would Kahn need Kombatants to help him try to rule Edenia? And if so, who would they be and what purpose do they hold in the game? Game ideas usually have more to thought than just two simple little made up thoughts that have been brought up before.

So no, this would be a horrible game due to the fact that you haven't explained anything except you're playing as Kahn many years ago trying to rule Edenia with help from recruiters that you'll meet on "other realms."

What would be REALLY cool, is if this were a minigame, it played like Civilazation Revolution, choose either Kahn's forces or Raiden's Earthrealm Champions

It's an idea that needs help...no doubt.
Maybe a role riversal game in the style of Shaolin Monks. It's nice to be the bad guy. Maybe you could give orders from Outworld and control many other evil MK characters. I don't think they would ever do a game like this though.
