Okay, so how would he fit in MK and what would his purpose be for being in MK?

whoa cool pic! dunno if it'd work for mk, but it'd be great in another game, say god of war.

I meant that we need some new and original looking Sub-Boss and Boss.

Throwing two ideas out there:

I've seen some people against the idea of Kano actually becoming a Black Dragon, but the more I think about it, the more I am OK with the idea. It was all Daegon's doing, and he turned out to be a pretty crucial character in the scheme of things. It being followed through would not bother me. Round 1, you'd face regular Kano, and be thinking "What the hell is this easy stuff?" and then you face Kano Round 2. It gets to "Finish Him!" but then the screen goes black, and Kano begins to transform, and he becomes this giant dragon that becomes a real pain to kill. You then have to defeat the dragon two rounds, while you still only have two lives, as if it were one fight. After defeating it, the dragon reverts back to human Kano, and you can perform a Fatality, if you want.

It's just that Kano is really growing on me as a character. He's one of the originals, and a proper send-off like that for him would be kind of a nice thing to do. He's always sort of been bitched by the series.

Another idea I just had: A main villain (I'm going to go with my consistent suggestion of a female sorceress) creates a being out of discarded corpses. It'd sort of be an amalgamation of zombies. A walking graveyard of destruction, if you will.
