So there's a portal in the military base background huh? Instead of an animal lurking in, i say the loser should be thrown in, but only about half way, with his/her torso appearing into none other than.. dun dun dun the netherrealm! Needless to say there are some pretty hungry scavenger type hell beasts on that side of the portal. Nom nom nom followed by the winner pulling the losers remains back through the portal by their legs, looking at their half eaten carcass and laughing hysterically. Thoughts?
