You honestly think that a character that is always one of the first to be revealed for a Mortal Kombat game and that is on the logo of the company that develops Mortal Kombat to be DLC? That has to be one of the worst ideas put forward.

Scorpion is the most popular character in the series. It would really annoy a lot of people that he would be DLC. It is never going to happen.

Heh, Scorpion and Sub-Zero for DLC for a Mortal Kombat game, that's stupidly funny.

I just want them OUT of the storyline with their endless fights, the storyline ALWAYS has to have them in it, and that's why really awesome storylines are impossible, because they always have to think about Sub and Scorp being in it.

The DLC i'm talking about is free after you buy the game, and has everything Sub and Scorp related in it, all costumes EVER, all fatalities EVER everything. They just don't appear in the storymode/line.

I know its stupid, but I can wish.

But just a few of my thoughts. Story line wise i don't this we've seen any footage yet...but i could be wrong. The Dialogue between the 2 seems to only be coming from VS match. depending on the Sub Zero he is facing, from what we've seen if it is Kuai Liang that fight can be in the beginning (taking place after the events of MK9 within the 1st 5 yrs) where they settle their difference and find out the truth and then form their alliance to take out Quan Chi

His appearance if probably the best and currently my favorite ive seen to date, it just looks authentic.
For alt, i would like to see his MK: Legacy Season 2 attire make an appearance

Anyway my thoughts:

Story- I hope that Scorpion figures out that Quan Chi is a manipulative sociopathic asshole, joins forces with Sub-Zero and proceeds to destroy him. I know that based on Scorpion and Subby's intros, the hell spawn bent on vengeance still has it out for the Lin Kuei warrior, but what if Ed Boon and the team are just messing with us and the intros are just placeholders to keep the real story under wraps?

New Look- now THAT is Scorpion. Best. Look. To date. PERIOD.

Gameplay- looks like a lot of fun based on what I've seen. Why didn't Scorpion, Sub-Zero or any of the initial reveals at E3 get a proper video describing and explaining their variations? The ones they did for Raiden and Kano really give you a great idea of what those characters will play like. We need those

While I do agree that it would have been nice to have gotten videos for every revealed characters' gameplay variations, I think we should have enough of an idea of how characters like Sub-Zero and Scorpion play. Right now, I'm kind of leaning towards Hellfire Scorpion, because I'm not sure how fun and interesting Ninjutsu Scorpion (note: They should have named it "Bikenjutsu" since he uses ninja swords.) will turn out, and I'm not entirely sure about Inferno Scorpion.

I never really liked Scorpion, but I admit this is probably his best look to date.

Scorpion is my favorite character and has been since I was like 4 years old. I don't know what made him so likable and popular but its whatever, im not going to quit liking the character I have liked since I was that young just because people have labeled him as the noob character of choice. Sub-Zero was my second favorite, I pretty much loved all of the ninja characters but Scorpion has been and always will be my favorite MK character. I just got lucky that people also happened to taking a liking to him (including Boon) so im pretty much guaranteed my favorite character will be in every MK game lol shit I even got to play as my favorite in Injustice :) It was awesome.

The Mortal Kombat fans would be rioting like crazy. Myself included.
