When they are released. I believe the only additional character that is available Day 1 is Goro

If you have the Kombat pass you are guaranteed the Samurai Pack on day 1, but you will automatically get the other characters and their costume packs when they release on their specific date.

Kombat pack characters are not day one. Goro is the only day 1 dlc character.

If I remember correctly, having the Kombat Pack was supposed to make them available day 1. I think that is no longer the case since they are obviously still working on the mocap for them as of 2 weeks ago.

Kombat Pack was never available day 1. Only Goro and the Samurai Skins.

However, owning the Kombat Pack does give you access to the characters/skins in each set before they are available for individual purchase. How early you get said access is not clear.

I must've misinterpreted it- someone had asked Boon on twitter if Kombat Pack made the DLC characters available on Day 1 and he said yes...I'll look for it and link it here. It was about a month ago.

Too bad, I kinda wanted to get my hands on Predator day 1

Kombat pack owners get early access to all released content but that will not be day 1.
