Welcome to the club lol I redeemed my Kombat Pack code a few weeks ago and have been trying to get Jason and the Horror skins all day (PS4) and still absolutely nothing.

Is this on PS4? XBox got him at midnight, and thanks to stringent Playstation Store requirements set in place by Sony, releases on there can sometimes take longer than Xbox.

If you're on PS4, exit the app, then reboot your PS4. He might be there...sort of like how you have to sometimes exit the app and log back in for Faction Wars to update.

You may also have purchased the Kombat Pack too late and missed his release.

I simply went to the power options and restarted my PS4. Downloading now at 2pm central. Thanks for the replies.

I rechecked the store and he finally showed up, I downloaded and installed him and the Horror pack, and the horror pack is usable but I still can not select Jason, I can view his character model, taunt, and all finishers in the character viewer thing though, so I know it installed him to my game, I just cant actually select him yet.

I closed the application and restarted like 3 times, and completely restarted my console once or twice to and nothing, I guess I just need to let it chill for a while and check later.

If there's one thing I hate about Sony it's this. They're always dead last when it comes to patch updates and DLC.

He is on my character select now :) Just make sure you download and install him first, I did that and it took him like 45 minutes to show up.
