Yea i don't think they did a very good job of explaining everything with kitana but what they did show was awesome it just feels like they didn't explain everything in a clear and concise way. Im still confused if she can throw fans in mournful variation cause i have heard both answers from people but idk which is real cause they never really said if the glaive replaces her fan throw or if she has them both????

She can throw fans in Mournful Variation. ALL the common/shared specials are universal in all the variations.

And yes I agree with you my friend, they didn't do a good job showing off her specials. We didn't even get to see her FATALITY. But I'm happy we at least got to see some of Kitana's gameplay.

Gathered from the stream, the move-list is fucked up and/or incomplete.

* I believe the Fan Lift is dubbed "Upraising", but it wasn't listed during the Royal Storm variation demo, but is for the rest of the Variation demos.
However, Fan Lift is Universal.

* If Square Wave is dubbed Square Boost, then it was only listed in the Royal Storm variation based on the stream move-list which already is proven to be not so trustful. The one video shows the Square Wave in both Royal Storm and Assassin.

* Said flying ass attack was demonstrated by the stream guys dubbed as a Variation move when they started talking about Royal Storm's Variations.

* If Square Boost is the idle air jump, which the name sounds perfect in my opinion, then stream guys are mistaken, because they said THAT was Universal.
But, at the same time, when demonstrating Universal moves, it seems like the idle air jump was pressed on accident because it caught them a bit off guard, forcing them to explain that.

And I doubt you can throw fans in in Mournful.
Her Glaive Throw replaces the Fan Throw, hell it's the same button input.
