Bare with me, this is my first post. I think Khameleon will be great in the MK10 game, but I think she will serve better as DLC. This is my idea for her, tell me what you think:
Khameleon's Story:
Raiden locates Khameleon , and has her destroy the Dragon King egg, and if her mission is complete, he promises her to have the Elder Gods resurrect her race, after she destroys the egg, Raiden consults with the Elder Gods, however the Elder Gods, deny Raidien’s request. Due to this Khameleon located Reptlile and they decide to breed to resurrect their race, however one of their breeds is non-the-less the reincarnation of the Dragon King himself ONAGA, which Khameleon then discovers, and so does Raiden in one of his vision. Khameleon flees with her child and hides to prevent Raiden destroying her reincarnated child aka Onaga. This will build up to MK11, the return of the Dragon King.
Your story doesn't make any sense, and applying the whole Shujinko story as if it's not been ditched yet, I have a few questions to ask:
A.) Why would Raiden ask Khameleon to have her randomly go out and destroy something that wasn't even a threat during the new time line?
B.) Why would Raiden randomly ask Khameleon to do anything, as well as successfully finding her since she's been hiding during this time?
C.) How is Reptile able to just cave into Khameleon and start breeding, as well as possessing the ability to reincarnate Onaga without having any kind of source coming from Onaga himself, despite that it was Reptile all along that Onaga used to come back to life during the events of the Deadly Alliance/Deception story?
D.) How can there be that far of an advance plot for a whole different story when we don't even know the events for the next game's story? We don't know what lies within the story with Shinnok and Quan Chi. And since, as I've mentioned before, there's quite a paradox that prevents Onaga from even returning if the whole Shujinko story is scrapped, all because the characters' fates are all dead or up in the air. Since the three major characters for Onaga to return has unknown fates, i.e. Cyrax, Reptile and Nitara, Onaga's return isn't happening. These events all need to really be taken into consideration because there can't just be some random change without a cost to happen. Because it doesn't make sense.
Sure, I know, this is a fanfic idea, supposed to be taken easily, but I like to think outside the box and try to figure out how this makes sense when it... kinda doesn't.
