I prefer the male. I really loved his new look in MKA, despite him being rushed. In the unlikely event that any of them return in MKX, I hope they will receive their own move-sets this time around.

Khameleon > Chameleon.

I would rather use the "ORIGINAL" ninja he/she "BURROWED" the moves from. Though, the concept and name matches, but since I always hated the copy/paste kharacters, though, I don't really 'HATE' Chemeleon/Khameleon. I think it's going to be a waste of kharacter spot if they return. They were nothing more than a filler kharacter as a sorry excuse for a 'NEW' kharacter in MKT.

Sorry, fans of Chameleon/Khameleon. I just don't like 'Recycled' kharacters, or the move stealers such as Shujinko, and so may so called 'NEW' kharacters in MKD which were nothing more than a recycled kharacter with someone else's moves and different kharacer name. I agree on the cameo part, but since I never even touch the story so.... it doesn't really matter to me, but when it comes to fighting game roster, No thanx.

That will solve it altogether. I prefer them to be a secret fight. Nothing more, nothing less. Satisfying the fans for that kharacter(s) without sacrificing the valuable kharacter spot. I would welcome that.

Really, I would welcome either over Kitana.

I'd be cool with seeing her return (as highly unlikely as that is) with an original moveset.

Frankly, she's the only way I can see Reptile really having character development, barring giving him and entirely new story/purpose.

I'd much prefer Chameleon, but more Trilogy style than MKA. Think like Shang's morph in the old games but instead limited to the ninjas. A different input for each one.

I get why most prefer Khameleon though, since she's got a story and all. Not to mention one that could FINALLY break the mold for Reptile's continuously disappointing story.

I always wanted to know what this is based on. If anything, I would say that various poll results of "who's your favorite MK character" and the like have pointed at the opposite. There were two recent polls with a fair amount of votes, where the male was favored over his female counterpart.

Khameleon-Chameleon should be a tag team only character. Makes sense and they'd be pretty cool and unique because of that.

They would make cool secret fights.

Never really felt there jam though, if they are in they desperately need a redesign, they don't look reptilian..they look like Ghosts to me.

I feel like they are just a mish mash of ninja characters and if they do make a comeback it cant be like before where they have some of the ninja's moves because then, they arent really unique individuals :/

As much as I never was a fan for either character, I will say a few things that would make it a little bit more tolerable for me to appreciate them if they were to come back.

1.) IF they are playable, they need to be taken more seriously. Enough with these joke stories. Khameleon had probably THE best story in Armageddon and of course it got taken as a joke with the ending and everyone else. Her story had it where Reptile wouldn't believe any word she says to him about Kahn being behind the destruction of their race. Holy shit! An outcome I really didn't see coming.

I'd say for Chameleon, have him on the same page with her.

2.) If they are not playable, I'd like to see them return as secret fights. They'd be an interesting match to go up against.



For their abilities, I don't know what their variations would be like, but it would be cool to see them not take an actual move from another character, but their own unique twist that would be considered similar to a "ninja" character that they're imitating.

So they don't necessarily freeze the character like Sub-Zero can, but have like a similar attack. That way, people won't be bothered by the whole, "If I want to play so-and-so, I'd choose them and be done with that." Because that's my issue with them. I'd rather play AS the person I want to play as, not someone who's got a few moves from them.

Another one of my favorite characters, potential wise.

but her armageddon add on was a huge disappointment.

So if she would resemble anything of her prior incarnation, then no thank you.

but if they want to take a shot at reinventing her one last time (and get it right) then yes!
