As long as they are unique characters, I don't care how many. But I have the terrible feeling that they will be heavily inspired by their parents/uncles/cousins, which I find to be a very lazy way to create new characters (compared to new characters like D'Vorah, Ferra/Torr and Kotal, which have their own unique gimmicks) and an insult to the classics that inspired them if the classics are being replaced or are in the same game with the copycats and therefore losing all sense of individuality. It's a scary scenario; I hope NRS doesn't go in that direction.

As long as they are unique and not copies of thier parents I'm good. Cassie is close but seemingly different enough. Jacqui hopefully won't have metal arms and Takeda better not be a TK.

If Liu came back and had a kid with Kitana I'd be ok with that.

Yeah I don't think any of us want MK to turn into Tekken with all the damn clone characters.

Look. I thought Cassie Cage was a genius idea by itself when I herd about this months ago. You get a brand new character made from two very great iconic characters. This gives the opportunity to peacefully lay to rest Johnny Cage, and Sonya Blade for atleast this one game, if not forever. Cassie could have her own moves/fatalities, but she can have similar objectives of her parents in the story. Give her Stryker's gun and taser, and boom!!! Now he can peacefully sit out this game. This is a great way to clear out some room for a new generation of fighters that might stick with people this time.

Well as for the other descendants, they should probably only do one more from the possibility list at the most. You don't want too many in MK. That's cheesy as hell, this is not family feud. From a creative standpoint, that would be the easy way out to creating new names to fight with. Mine as well add 5more ninjas in a game of 10, when the 2 they really like is Scorp and Sub.

With the exception of Reptile and Sheeva deciding to have a daughter in MKX, then I would vote for it. Meh..........

I think this is all we're getting; Cassie, Takeda, Jacqui and Kung Jin. Maybe Ron Tan Cho if he is related to Bo but I think the Cho may just be a coincidence, hopefully. lol

I really don't mind having descendants, but they better be coming back for every game from here on out.
