Interestingly enough, Johnny and Mileena were the other two characters available alongside Scorp/Sub in the MK9 demo. For sure they are in this game. It's just a question of how exactly. Playable, story mode only, DLC, boss etc.

I am almost 100% certain johnny won't be in not as playable anyway and as for Mileena I thought she was in but not so sure now she is 50/50 but she will most likely make the cut we need some outworld fighters that aren't alligbed to Kotal so I am backing her and Reiko to make the game

My predictions: Mileena and Johnny are both in, but Johnny might go the DLC route to get there. Both will play more than a token role in the story, both will play similarly to the last game, and everyone will bitch and moan about something or other related to them.
