Just found this video, which initially discusses the Kenshi leak, but then shows Jax concept art at the 2:53 mark:

"Mortal Kombat X: Kenshi Leaked For Mobile & Jax Concept Art!"


Gotta say, this art seems to match the style of the other concept art we've seen thus far. Plus, it resembles the vested look at the end of Blood Ties Part 1 (Chapter #3) of the comic.

Exactly, it looks like the style compared to what we saw with Kitana and Reptile, which is why I haven't been quick to dismiss it.

Yup, Jax is in. He should have his Bandana from Special Forces.

Remember, this Mortal Kombat X: NeXt Generation. It literally revolves around the next generation of heroes, cheesy as it sounds it makes sense to have their parents in as well.

They need more villains in this game though. There's literally no excuse to not include Tanya, Shinnok, or Reiko at this point. Tanya could side with Mileena.

Looks very much like the image seen in the Living Towers.

And Jax is looking mighty fine.

Still not thrilled about his inclusion though.

Well, it matches the steel toe cap boot and we have seen someone that looks like Jax in the Factions trailer. I would not be surprised in the slightest.
There's also a picture from the story mode with Jax, Sonya, and Johnny.

To be fair, if this is going to span 25 years, we're at least going to have to lead in with these original characters. Of course, they could've just been story mode NPCs rather than playables, but eh, doesn't bug me much.

This DOES look like Jax in the tower. It looks very real and in the style of the art we already saw as well.

I think this is a little more believable then the concept art posted by the OP. You can clearly see Jax is aged, and his cybernetic arms have visible upgrades.
