This idea actually sounds cool.
I think that each of them to have different speciality like one would be a conservated play style and the other fast and loose. It will keep opponents art their feet. Fast and loose will make zoners pay due to fast gap closing and blocking chip damage(forcing actions).While conservative is for regular battles (lots of action)
