Every single character on that list could be easily deduced from the comic and casting sheet. There is nothing insider about it. And he hates those guys, he wants to make them look bad.

Story trailer was amazing, but honestly Li Mei was the most exciting thing about it for me.

I truly hope the rest of DLC isn't padded out with Baraka, Noob, Smoke, Jade trilogy snoozefest etc love-in. It's a slap in the face for a significant portion of your fanbase. Even casuals who liked 9 are more likely to buy Fujin, Tanya, Havik out of novelty and curiosity. Kenshi was the 2nd best selling character last game ffs. Tbh, all 3 of these should have been main roster. It's nice to know they are on NRS radar at least.

Me too man ; (. Fujin is one of my favs. But takeda and kung jin look like i some of ny favs already amd kotal will be my main and hes already becoming my fav ever. I still have raiden my a1 day 1, kung lao my most used and one of my top 5s, liu kang one of my favs and shinnok who looks awesome. Not too dissapointed as i was about a month ago. Can't wait for april 14th might pick this up at midnight.

If Jax is really in im going to snap. With hugely popular characters like Smoke, Cyrax and Noib Saibot missing, not to mention the 3d characters everyone wanted like Tanya, Havik, Fujin and even Tremor, Jax is a complete waste of space.

NRS should have just split Cassie's 3 variations into a Sonya, Johnny and original , which would appease fans of their gameplay and open up the roster to more diversity.

Jaqci could also just be given a Jax variation.

The way it looks, nrs wanted to make the new characters that are descendants have their family members in the game. It makes sense now why Kung Lao is in.

Yeah there are A LOT of people I would rather have in than Jax. I absolutely adore the MK1-MKT characters but Stryker, Kano, and Jax are my least favorites from the classic games lol

I would have happily lost Liu Kang, Kano, Sonya, Quan Chi & Jax from this roster.

Fuck, this really does seem like what the final roster will be at the moment. Which would be really disappointing honestly. Should change the name of the game from MKX to family feud. Maybe Fujin/Shinnok as a hidden unlockable a la Quan in MK9???

That said tho, from the somewhat limited things I know about Jamesmk:

1. He does not have insider information/does not work for MK.

All drama aside, this roster sucks...

As I pointed out above, there is visual proof he's blatantly been wrong and straight-up lied before all within' the past 30 days, fyi. This "roster" of his any one of us could've come up with based on pure speculation alone. Not just that but within the past month he also said Fujin, Noob and Sektor were part of the roster as well. We still don't even know if 24 is the final roster count for crying out loud.

Takeda will be MK's Whiplash. And Kung Jin will be Green Arrow.
