Well no matter if she should or shouldn't be in the game she is. So I figured we should at least accept that and maybe talk about her potential. She's not a bad guy so she can't just be in for a punching bag/"enforcer." NRS has to have a bigger plan for her. At least that's my opinion.

Anyway, I hope she doesn't become a cyborg, or Cassie's sidekick in distress, which is what some people seem to want for Jacqui, for some reason.

There were some theories that she'd have an artificial leg going by a threat made by Kano. Thought it'd be cool as otherwise she's just the third military chick.

I think there are too many similarities between her and Jax with the enhanced arms even if Jax seems for strength and hers seem like for speed and obviously enhanced power. And she needs something to make her different than the other 2 military chicks.

She is different than the other 2 military women.

Jacqui = exo forearms equipped with projectiles

Sonya = garrote, grenades and a drone

Cassie = air strikes and akimbo pistols

And all of those tools have different properties.

Why couldn't Cassie become the cyborg, or get a robotic leg? People really want to give Jacqui what I'll call the sidekick treatment. Because it's usually the sidekick who undergoes more significant changes, be it becoming a cyborg, or a demon, or losing limbs, etc.

What's funny is people bash Jacqui for being too much like Jax (which we can't even say for sure yet), but suggest giving her a robotic leg. Oh yeah, that's drastically different from metallic arms.

Jacqui could take out King Kong barehanded and I'll still think she's as exciting as burnt toast. We don't need another Special Forces clone who gets to pound on the villains in the story mode.

Same here. It's amazing how certain interesting characters became even more fun after being unfairly rejected by the fanbase.

Stryker, Drahmin, Li Mei, Bo Rai Cho, Darrius etc and now Jacqui. I'd still like these characters if they were popular, but it's so much fun being a rebel.

Hopefully NRS likes Jacqui enough not to let the fanbase stop them from bringing her back. I remember the fans' disbelief when Li Mei and Bo Rai Cho both came back in MKD. Both were thought goners for sure, especially Li Mei.

I love Jaqui. She deserves the spot as much as everyone else does.

I'm also interested in her role for the story. I can't see the similarities people are saying about her and Jax. She reminds me of Sonya, actually a bit more than Cassie does. So I hope she gets a hated rival to hunt down and take out. Ermac could fill that role nicely, I think.

Another idea would be for a swerve and she joins the Black Dragons. That could give her and Cassie a rival who is trying to save her friend thing, and if Takeda is going to be her love interest, then you have a more interesting dynamic there. However, I don't know what could cause her to turn on her friends. Kano can be a manipulative bastard.
