Care to elaborate?

Alright. Imagine the Yin Yang. Good needs evil and evil needs good. If you mix Chaos with Order, they would be hard to stop because the go hand and hand.

Hotaru and Havik are neutral characters. They both seem kind of good and kind of bad at the same time. Hotaru serves Onaga, but he's doing it, because he believes Onaga will bring peace and order. Havik is against Onaga and hopes to help the heroes so that they can defeat Onaga.

Why Hotaru and Havik would join forces is illogical. You'd have to give a hell of a good explanation as to why and how that would work.

Maybe Hotaru would learn from his mistakes and change his dictatorship- -like government andbe more sympathetic to his people. Hotaru wants to stop evil so he can keep peace in the world. Havik wants to stop evil because if evil rules and everyone dies, there would be no more chaos. Desperate times call for desperate measures and that's why I think it would work.

Havik and Darrius is more likely.

Hotaru doesn't control the government. He is simply an enforcer of the Seidan law. In a sense, he is very much like a Samurai.

Hotaru and Havik have different points of view as to what is good and what is bad. Havik doesn't want to stop evil. He simply doesn't want chaos to end. He opposes Onaga but likes Shao Kahn.



They are already allies of each other.
