Rain got a new costume, but he's not playable.

Jax is a revenant and has a new design playable yet Rain has a new design and not revenant Non-playable ? They must be preparing some surprises for us.Moreover Fujin MUST be playable ,too !!!

All the characters are updated, revenant or not. I presume NRS had new hardware to work with and took the liberty of updating designs simply because they wanted to.

If people buy the game, we'll presumably get a second Kombat Pack. The NPCs with the most work put into them will probably be playable.
