posted08/14/2007 10:30 PM (UTC)byacidslayerthe darkprison and the netherbelly have people that just grab you. my idea is that the crowd could hand you a weapon. grab the person you are fighting against. punch your opponent and do a double grapple. mostly like def jam fight for NY. please give your feedback and please dont flame.

Well, I think it would be cool. Here's my idea. Remember when the monks clap in MK1? How about they interact with you and try to distract you from youre fight, kind of like RE4 style, but different.
That would be neat.

that would be a really cool idea. If done right that could really be a fun component to the next mk game

lol, "He's got the chair!"
But no, I don't think it's a good idea. Just doesn't seem MK to me. Seems like something not as serious when random bistanders grab thunder gods, and give robots bats.

In which case the crowd rips your face off, or sets you on fire, or impales you or something else that would be almost instantly fatal.

No, that would make it Saw.
How about no crowds?

I'm fairly certain that an MK character would be able to take 10-20 "crowd" members. I don't think there would be a point unless the crowd were to give you a weapon.

Which would make their demise that much quicker. Ninjas < All in MK.
No more ninjas.

They would have created that character by now, instead of having that.
Besides, it wouldn't matter, because nobody really dies in MK. The character would just be like "screw off" and keep fighting.

then the crowds are covering a black hole and the force of the character hitting the crowd breakes the seal and they are sucked into oblivion.

Again, nobody dies in MK. The fighters would keep fighting in the black hole and on the other side. The crowd, however, is done for. Problem solved.
