No doubt that shadowy figure at the end of the chapter 11 in the comic is Havok, the cleric of chaos. Now if he is indeed a major player in MKX, pulling strings behind the scenes, Hotaru the cleric of Order certainly can't be far behind. These opposing forces were established to bring balance to the realms and if one side gains too much power, the other will work to diminish it.

Havok's strings are probably being pulled as well by The One Being. If Havok succeeds in awakening The Blood God, the chaos will spread across the realms and The One Being will finally be revealed and born into existence.

Heads up! It's spelled Havik.

Hopefully Hotaru does appear in the comics (Not just to get killed off) and plays a good role in it as long as it makes sense. I can see all these guys making appearances in MKX story mode, but unfortunately not as playable unless they become DLC.

Also your last point is highly unlikely because if the One Being returns that means no one else would exist. So we'd need another reboot.

OHHH HELLL YEAH! HAVOK NEEDS TO BE IN!

It's been a long while since we last saw Havok, The last game he appeared in was MK4.5, It's long overdue. HAVOK needs to be back and Hotaru needs to stop Havok.

Im sure we will see him in the comic or game at some point, or maybe a mention at the very least.
