What bio exactly? Never seen one, though I did hear about that one that had print/written mistakes of some characters such as Johnny Cages name, Sub-Zeros clan and Sonyas hair color, reason why it was all soon changed and fixed to the original ideas. Maybe that’s the one you are talking about.

He's probably referring to the official MK1 comic book that lists Sonya's hair color as brown though I always found that weird since her hair clearly looked blond in both the game and official comic and throughout the series, it hasn't changed color.

I'm not sure where it originated from to begin with, but if you check out Mortal Kombat Kourier (its on the MKO network) then in the MK1 section under Sonya it says her hair colour is brown. Since her vital statistics were never given elsewhere, I took brown to be the colour they INTENDED for her to have, but which they never seemed to use. Still, blonde or brown-haired doesn't really matter at the end of the day; I was just annoyed the way she seems to have gone from brown hair, to a natural blonde, to (in MKSM) platinum blonde. What's up with that?

Then that must be the print mistake I talked about before. I remember hearing comments about the mistakes in Sub-Zeros clan and Johnny Cages original name along side Sonyas hair. I have the comic book that states Sonyas hair as blond, and with no errors for the rest of the characters.



I share your thoughts about the military thing, I also wish the Mk team writer (writers?) would focus more in the depth of each character and exploit all he potential they have, not only with their story, but also in their looks (though Im 100% happy with how Sonya looks now, she has been improved). As for the hair, brown was never the color they intended to give her, and she was never officialy brown, I have the original comic book and it says her hair color is blond. I guess the early print versions were kept away after they realised the mistakes, about Sub-Zeros clan, Cages name and Sonyas hair (which said it was brown). But you are right that in MKSM her hair looks very different then the other Mk versions.
