Same, brutalities are my go to finisher. Fatalities and faction kills are pretty lame imo

I hated them in mk3 but when I saw the trailer, it's what had me hyped the most, especially since they said there would be over a hundred. Quan Chi's portal of blood was particularly satisfying.

It adds that extra dept to the match and encourages you to use variations to see them all.

Besides, a fatality is no longer a way to insult your opponent. A babality was far better but pretty hard to achieve against a decent opponent. This is more doable, beautiful and gratifying.

People will bitch at elements being repetitive but seriously, how many ways can you kill someone in three seconds?

Yeah Brutalities are a really fun way to finish a match, I find myself sometimes just dodging players attacks just to set up the right moment. It makes the game more challenging and they reward you pretty well in the Tower when you are able to pull them off.

I found Johnny Cage's ball buster brutality to be very gratifying if you can pull it off on an opponent online.

Sub-Zero's are pretty badass too, I love Quan Chi's Brutality from his teleport leg stomp head smash as well. There's so many to choose from!

I love the brutalities as well.

The fatalities have gotten so long and seems like a poorly edited movie.
Eg. when I see Scorpions fatality, it seems like 2-3 cool fatalities stuffed into one long boring one.

Never thought I'd say it either but they are seriously like a guilty pleasure for me, I hate them but at the same time I can't stop going for them and using them, not only that but I feel good if I get one.

Yeah I do Mileena's ball roll one on accident all the time, same with Shinnok's Amulet blast one lol

X-Ray moves should have been Brutality finishers from the beginning in MK9. They make more sense as to what a Brutality was supposed to be; a series of devastating hits (combo) that got more intense at the end.

The new Brutalities are definitely fun and cool, but they should have been something else entirely. They are a new concept for MK and remind me of Ultimate Combos from Killer Instinct 2. Those also required an input before the opponent was defeated, within the "Danger" health range.

Tyler Lansdown did a X-Ray brutality the other day so they are out there but the requirements are hidden.

I've done Sonyas Xray Brutality twice by accident now.... I have no idea of the requirements.

I also love Brutalities too. They are awesome. I always go for them whenever I finish my matches.
