For those of you that have been on MKO since before Injustice and MK9 were released, when can the newer people on this forum expect to see more info released for MKX? I would think since the time frames line up with all three of those games debuting right before E3, then they'd release new info in similar fashion up until it's release in 2015. I mainly want to know when we're most likely to see new character reveals.

I think games conventions are your best bet for info for a good while.
Closer to the release I imagine mortal Monday and fatality Friday info will be released more often.

Yeah, expect a drought until the next gaming convention. It's going to be a slooooow ride from here on out.

If I recall from MK9 and Injustice, it was like every three weeks or so. I think EVO might be the next announcement.

Well Evo 2014 is going to be July 11-13, so maybe look forward to some newly revealed info there? hopefully..

I'm going to EVO this year, if there's any news I'll post it as soon as it comes. It'll be hard to get pics or gameplay footage because Hector for Injustice was pretty strict about it when they first showed it off. If I can't get gameplay or pics I'll post notes instead.smile

Gamescom is in August, as well.

Isn't PAX coming up too?

I figure we'll get 2 more for EVO, and 2 more for Gamescom, and maybe they'll reveal a character through GI in the coming month or two.
There was also sneaky things NRS liked to do like showing glimpses of characters through other character videos or The MKast videos.

Oh also Gametrailers with Geoff Keighley.

With MK9, if I recall correctly, news was slow in the initial months. But once we got to the new year - it got really frequent.

I would actually like if they open a forum on their homepage and started to reply in threads or gave us some tidbits of information or other fun stuff relating to the development every know and then. . Just like Blizzard and Double Helix(or at least did, with KI) does.

Posting the cover on facebook and then only reading the comments isn't a good way to COMMUNICATE with the fans :)
