I for one was not thrilled about the DLC for MK9. Never even touched Skarlet or Freddy Kruger, let alone buy them. Rain was good to have but shouldn't have been DLC in the first place as he was part of the MK1-3 roster. Kenshi was the only decent DLC we had. Oh, and yeah, a few classic costumes and fatalities for a very limited amount of characters.

This time around we need;
- DLC Fatalities (for EACH character)
- DLC Costumes
- DLC Characters
- DLC Stages
- Regular Balance Patches

They should have the budget given that MK9 did even better than Injustice.

I would imagine with the amount of new kharacters and ones from MK4 n beyond, their will be plenty of favorites left out which would be perfect for them for DLC,especially if they already have their models done in story mode. If what they have planning for online is a big as they hope it is, then they need to continue supporting this game. As great as next gen looks, I can see them having fun continuing making fatalities for DLC or other finishing moves.

For me I'd really like to see:
Classic Fatality packs and new fatality packs(for the new guys)
Costume packs with EVERY character eventually getting new duds.
Classic Arenas
Of course DLC fighters (with their alternate costume included)
A soundtrack which can be used out of game.
If the story mode returns and has the same structure as MK9 & Injustice then I'd really like DLC chapters for the characters who won't get one in the main story.

God no. The compatibility packs will be horrible for people who refuse to buy something that will get stale after two weeks.

DLC characters of course. We had 4 in MK9, and 6 in Injustice. So I can only assume we'll get 8 for MKX. Then we could have a "Season 1 pass" and a "Season 2 pass" and save some money. The MK9 formula was good IMO, 2 returnees, 1 new, 1 guest. Multiply this by 2 if we get 8 DLC Fighters.

DLC Story Chapters. Esp for the DLC Fighters. For example, If Kano isn't in the game, but he is DLC, then the chapters can explain WHY he wasnt part of the story. (Off slaying the Red Dragon clan perhaps)

DLC costumes. Should come in packs of 3 or 4. And should include EVERYONE. Injustice had about 20 for Superman and Batman, but some characters only had 2 costumes. Not fair.

DLC Variations! What if we can buy additional variations for characters? Some could be character-specific (giving a certain character a 4th variation), or it could be a universal weapon (giving ANY character a ninja-sword for example)

I can do without DLC Fatalities. Esp if it'll give the team more time and resources to develop better DLC Fighters, Chapters, and costumes.

Why do we have to sacrifice characters and costumes for that stuff? Why not have it all?

At this point, mere moves or fatalities should not be DLC.

We need variations. I'd pay good money for some badass variations, and considering this is the newest addition to the series' mechanics, it could be a serious cash cow. I'd definitely buy them.

I wouldn't mind paying for extra stages, too.

Nah, only characters and costumes. I do hope the DLC characters have an alternate costume though. And I get that some characters may end up having more costumes than others, but please don't make that difference as big as it was in Injustice.

Sounds like a step towards Pay-to-Win. And no one likes that.

Unlike MK9, stages are going to affect gameplay dynamics, so I'd actually be all for DLC stages.

As for fatalities, I'm not going to pay money for something I can see on youtube.

You are willing to buy a stage where the only time you have control is in VS or Training?
And I think MK9 Arcade stages where set, I remember playing the Courtyard so early in the ladder. So good luck getting your stage picked in the ladder. As for Online, just let the people buy stages and see them for free, like Gears of War 3 when people bought the Horde Command DLC and all you need was it's comp pack to play in it, which Epic stop doing for other maps because they saw they were losing money, lol.

Costume DLC is a must.

If they were going to have DLC stages... They should be classic stages, just for the nostalgia.
