I'd like to see him with a completely new look, a look that really shows he's a Cleric for the Chaos Realm. His human body in Deception was stupid, so I can't wait to see how twisted they can make him look in MKX. I've no doubt they'll add him. But I don't mind either way. The only one i'm not sure on is Tanya, her design doesn't have much going for it other than solid yellow, and solid black costume on a dark haired tan woman. I'm interested in seeing how they could possibly make her design interesting.

I was a fan of Havik's look, I think it was right on the money (not underachieved and not over-done). I hope they use his original look as a basis for his new one, 'cause I want to actually take a look at him and instantly know "Hey, that's Havik."

..no, I don't want big floppy tits in this game. It's a huge problem of mine in MK9 how every female literally has the same body type with stupidly large breasts. So no, I don't want any female to have their proportions fucked up in MKX. With what i'm talking about with Havik is, yeah keep his design as a basis but of course make him look like a dead guy. He had a weird human body in MKD with a fucked up face. I want his fucked up face, plus a rotting body. The helmet would basically stay the same but his overall look will look much different than MKD. It's pretty much a given, they're not going to use a lot of the design of him from the past. Same with Tanya if she's in, I just can't imagine how she could look. Yellow and black costume, tan skin, and black hair. I just don't know what they'll do with it all. He other costumes are so old looking, bland, and boring.

I've personally never cared for Havik. I'm still kinda annoyed that his name is basically chaos and he's a cleric of chaos. That's like naming a superhero Justice. Super cheesy. But he definitely is the better of the Deception cast. But that's not saying much.

That's how all this Havik hype looks to me. Because it came out of nowhere. People didn't talk about Havik for the longest and now all of a sudden this hype.

Vampires are probably one of the most interesting elements NRS have brought to MK and it's the least explored.

And although Havik looks undead, I never thought about him as one (plus it was never stated or so I think?). I feel they should keep that part a mystery though, and I think they should continue to make his body look alive and human like before (rather than looking like Drahmin's rotting cousin). The half-skull face stood out to me because the rest of him looked human.

The half-skull face is what made him creepy as fuck. I definitely want them to retain that "What the fuck is he?" element. I love the mystery.

While I like Havik and looooved Hotaru I think the overall Chaos Realm vs Order Realm thing was really fucking stupid, lazy story telling. IMO they'd either need to really revamp that stuff before including characters like Havik.

Havik was definitely the best of the MK6 Kast. IMO, he is one of the best newbs post-MK2 (I'd put him behind QuanChi, Fujin, Reiko, & Kenshi of course). I Love his Look, I just hope he gets way Kooler moves. Like maybe he ascended to God of Chaos over the 25yr gap, giving him even crazier abilities.

Mobster you should check out my Kostume debate thread. Your getting at what I am trying to get at. I want and hope mkx will redesign some if not all the returning characters. It's time for a fresh take on our old favorites.

As for Havik, I agree I think they should do something new with his design. I want to be able to say "hey, that is havik!" But not because it looks like his deception look but instead because he looks like a freakish denizen cleric from the chaos realm.

I'd ideally want 3 vampire characters. Not for this game, lol, that's too many. But I'd like for there to be Nitara, a male vampire character, and a female blonde vampire in the future. I'd call them the "unholy trinity".

Havik is not better than 90% of the MK Trilogy characters. That's preposterous. He has the POTENTIAL to be an A-lister, though.

Yes! I want that male vampire mostly. Boon had said they originally had two for DA, male and female. There were concept sketches and all too but they ran out of time. Ever since then I've been wanting them to add him.

The male vampire looked pretty interesting, I love the wild blue hair he was sporting and he seemed to be somewhat attractive- which of course is a must if he's going to be Nitara's counterpart. With all of these new characters MKX is supposed to have at least one of them has to be a Vampire.

When the thing about Sutherland doing the voice-over for a character, they gave him a vampire-like look. Not saying it'll be Shinnok or Argus, but, what if it is to be a new male vampire?
I know he could be the storyteller as well or has that stuff been trashed?

Well I am suspicious that D'vorah might be Seidan...so I am thinking we might actually get a NEW Chaos realm character in MKX. Who knows, maybe my namesake character/s, Ferra/Torr, IS from Chaos Realm. Havik was very cool though and it would be awesome to see him return. I'd love to go up against Kotal Kahn with him.
