I think only the first two comics are available. The last one was when Cassie gets held up by Erron Black.

First 8 chapters are available digitally and chapter 9 comes out tomorrow,

or

the first 3 print issues are in stores, chapters 1-9 (3 chapters each)

Since Goro is going to be playable, I am actually excited to see what kind of moves he gets, his mobility, and how many awesome combos can he do. I have always actually liked goro, and hope he can be awesome.

It's funny how they keep teasing us with Goro at the end of trailers and trying to hype us up, yet there's hardly any discussion about the character on the boards.

Does anyone care about Goro anymore at all? I hardly see any Goro fans around too (though I haven't seen a whole bunch of them in the past either)...

NOTE: Not trying to 'shit' on Goro or his fans, just an observation from me. Like really, there's hardly any talk about him.

I never cared much for him, but always thought of him as a sort of an iconic/recognizable MK character and appreciated him for that. However, after the poor, basically pathetic, treatment he got in the last game's story mode, I don't think I've ever been less interested in him...

Between Goro and Kintaro, I always felt Kintaro was the mightier of the two. But, I guess Goro stands out more since he's at "prince" status while Kintaro is just "a general" of shokans. It is hard for videogame makers to make really big characters and have them fight fast. Look at Motaro. He was originally a centaur and because he was difficult to create in 3D, they made him into a minotaur.

I refuse to accept that character rendering is "too hard" as an excuse in 2015 or even 2011, especially when the fighting platform is 2D. They may have gotten away with that in 2007, but Motaro could have been a thing in MK9. I am not a Motaro fanboy, but obvious laziness just irks me.

I prefer Kintaro. I think he can use some time in the sunlight as all the games he has appeared in since MK2 are compilation/tribute games like Trilogy, Armageddon, and MK9.

Goro is OK. I could care less about him. I'm just interested in his variations and him being playable for the first time in over ten years since Deception(Not counting Armageddon where everyone were playable of course).

Exactly, I never cared for him either. Don't get me wrong I agree of course he is a classic, but his story has been uninteresting to me

I think part of that the NRS gets too.. Goro is a BONUS character..

I don't think he'll feature in the story at all.. *read the comics to get why

but I am surprised we haven't seen anything on him yet, he is their pre order bonus, the incentive to go out and pre order, and with only 40 some days left I would think they would want to show him off a little, a trailer, a little game play video, something

Is there any way to kno how many pre-orders have sold for MKX? And how they compare to mk9?

I ask that becuz I too, am not hype about Goro. Just curious.

Don't know if its considered canon or not but Kintaro's MK Trilogy bio states he is stronger and more agile than Goro.

I personally don't buy this 100% since he wasn't the undefeated MK champ for 500 years like Goro was. Not to mention in the old Malibu comics they fought and Goro won ( I don't think those are canon though)

Kintaro is set to appear in the comics soon so we'll find out how powerful he is.

I woud talk about Goro more if they showed off some frikkin gameplay. I don't follow much of the comic, but I hear he's getting a lot of time in it which is cool. Goro was always my favorite sub boss.

Goro should've been gotten a trailer MONTHS ago.

You and everyone else who haven't read the comics yet, should do so immediately.

They are awesome, cheap, and dont ruin mkxs story

If anything they just make you supe amped for the game, and make you live the mk universe so much more

As far as Shokans go I prefer Kintaro. Goro has had his time.. Im really suprised NetherRealm chose HIM to be the incentive for pre-ordering. Motaro or Kintaro would have gotten more pre-orders

I kno that Goro was the MK champ for 500 years, but there is something to be said that ShaoKahn made Kintaro his personal bodyguard.
