My guess is either it has to download something and it's taking a long time, or that code activations are taking longer than expected due to high volume. It's most likely due to the fact that everybody is trying to do things today.

Yeah im sure there are like a thousand people trying to download him right now so it may be messing up because of that, I just got mine but haven't put it in yet, but will be trying in a little bit :)
