Classification looms large over the 2015 DE release of Mortal Kombat X, but that hasn't stopped Germany delivering major European coverage. Gamescom 2014 delivered interesting new details, after Kano made his first confirmed sighting in den Seiten der deutschen GamePro. Last week GameStar kept the good times coming with a rash of new screenshots featuring: Raiden, Sub-Zero, Ferra/Torr, D'Vorah & more!

Wait a minute...that Kano vs Raiden picture...that light brown haired woman with the veil..

Kitana? Or could it be "You Wish"?

Speculations must continue!

edit: It's nice to see Cassie in some decent looking shoes so kudos for that NRS. Meanwhile D'vorah's heel like protrusion looks good too. Fitting too, I can totally see that thing smashing a skull. Raiden looks soo good in this game which is a big compliment considering I dont really like him that much.

Outworld attire I suppose. The more you know. Next cultural thing the game will reveal is where the Outworld hostels and five-star restaurants are for your usual tourist.

Shows the non-updated Kano that we first saw in that magazine: without the tatts and worse looking hair/beard/face... He looks much better now.

The two females are identical with the same clothing, veil and hair style. Probably more-less servants or something. Doubtful that it's Kitana.

Yeah, he looks much better now. Didn't realize he doesn't have the tattoos in those early shots.

Damn so much detail, the videos don't do this game justice. Can't imagine how incredible the game is going to look on Xbox One and PS4! wow.

I'm still pretty disappointed with Raiden's MKX outfit. It looks waaay too much like his MK2011 primary. I guess they couldn't be bothered to give him armor or a cape to actually make him look more like a warrior god, not some heavily-robed, hat-wearing priest or monk or whatever.

A few thoughts from seeing these.

1. So Outworld Has apples and Watermelons eh? Alright then.

2. The hell is that green thing in the shackles in the marketplace? It's too small to be those things that were in Kahns army. so....eh hell who knows how many realms Outworld acquired over the eons of Kahns rule.

3. Jesus fuck Kano's face >.< ! It looks even worse in still shots!

Unless these shots are doctored, the amount of detail is astounding. NRS should have released these kind of pics before the initial videos because they do no justice. I am amazed how simple character outfits initially seem, such as Raiden, yet are actually incredibly detailed up-close.
