I like how everyone here has a problem with me not being a Fujin fan lol.

I just don't like Fujin, deal with it. I can't like every MK character out there.

I will be saddened if he isn't playable in this game. I will be heartbroken and people would have to pick up the pieces. Just to be truthful I would get over it in a week. I will still be sad about it though.sad

With regards to tons of roster spots, they could have a select screen where the 4 DLC of the kombat pack can fit in as well as potentially Shinnok, Jax and others not able to select as well..

I don't expect everyone to like him, but you seem to just like showing up to trash talk and not even just about Fujin.

We know you don't like Fujin already, you already got that point across. Why show up in a Fujin topic to tell us again?

If Fujin isn't in the initial roster he's a lock for DLC. From the description, it sounds like Smoke is a very good bet too.

Could it be that the mysterious person spotted in the towers that everybody thinks is Fire God Liu Kang is actually Fujin?

That's a pretty damn perfect match. From the way his gauntlets cover the top of his hand to the way the armbands match Fujin in that picture, it all matches.

I honestly think this is Fujin and that he'll be playable.

Would there be any benefit of having Smoke be a secret unlockable, like in MK3? Obviously, NRS would cater to the crowd of MK9, which gave them there most successful sales to date, but what kind of nerd load would be shot if Smoke appeared as a secret character?

Hopeful ignorantly blissful thinking I know, BUT.

I'm disappointed with the new hairstyle, MKA/comics was/is way better. As for the costume, it kind of looks like his MKA costume, slightly updated.

I just hope his playable, though I doubt it. Still, I'm happy to see him. smile

Exactly, it really looks nothing like Liu in the face at all. I'm thinking that was indeed Fujin.

hand posture though. Liu in Mk2 had the same pose shown in the current towers. one hand flat and open below the other hand held narrow and straight pointed towards the chin. that made me think it was Liu.

Not to mention Fujin's arm bands and the lining on his sleeve match with the statue as well. There's just too many similarities between the two outfits for it to not be Fujin.
