For anyone that was turned off by the music and vocals in the trailer.
I'm not big on the dance tracks but Hattoris and some of the others that managed to retain the sound effects of the combat were my fave.
I think Pred nailed it in that it's having lyrics that feel out of place in the video. The ambient melody and beat of the original would be fine minus the lyrics. How do you mix out the original music but keep the sound effects? Is it possible on freeware mixing programs like Audacity?

Damn, so much rage. I just liked the film Hero (Ying xiong) 2002. So I used the music from there.

But is Mortal Kombat like Street Fighter and other fighting games? NO.
Mortal Kombat is it's own flavor, that's why it is what it is for so many years.
It's a dark and gritty game that requires dark and gritty music. Simple as that.
"and raises hype more than any other genre of music"
You can't prove that. Music is based on preference, age, gender and location and where the music genre was originated from.

Didn't add any new music, but I did a voice dub based off of this tweet Ed posted a few days ago.
Scorpion: Murderer!a10;Subzero: I tire of maintaining my innocence...a10;Scorpion: I will relieve you of your burden!a10;Announcer: FIGHT !!!

We all have ideas that we would love, I accepted one day that most of those ideas, if we add to much to them, suck.
I've re-do'd my Fan Character's story a bit, and he has an interaction with Milena, not a romantic one, btw, and I've tweaked it a bit to make it less, random.
(Millena would be queen of outworld now, right? Kahn's Dead, Sindel's Dead, Kitana's Dead, so...)
