I don't think those are the in-game graphics.
They're just really shitty FMVs.

FMV endings would be so awesome, but if it's not possible then Real Time endings should be the way to go. For that matter they should have some real time movies at certain points of the game like SCIII, but more varied and not repetitive or recycled.

I wouldn't mind endings to be live they were in deception, but longer. If the MK team promise 60 characters, I can't imagine FMV endings for all of them.

Precisely. However, the in-game endings someone mentioned could be do-able and kinda cool.

What I would love to see at the beggining is an explanation of what really happened in Deception. Who won, who lost, who lived, who died, what happened to this guy and that guy. Who kicked Dragon A$$. Now the endings should be done in FMV or at least in Real Time.

Real time; I forgot about that! All they'd need to do is extra motion capture for the movements for the videos. Anything but the 2 pic and text endings!

THe mid game movies in MKSM are very simple and seem to be real time, like when you meet up with Raiden in the forest but its actually Shang Tsung.

THese are good, a lot better than Pictures.

I tired of having all these bullshit endings. I want to know what endings are true and not have to wait around for the next MK game to find out.

i wish they would do movie endings in the next game, and that money thing is bull midways is plenty rich enough and extra movie schenes are just the fact they need to animate endings they probly just didnt want to animate or motion capter all the characters but they should, it would make the game much better cause its seeing the MK story come to life seeing things happoning in endings animated than just seeing 2 pics amigin if they animated like kenchis ending in MKDA animated seeing him actually fight shang tsung and killing him and getting the acester souls back into the sword. the thing is people want somthing great when they beat the game with a sertain character and if its to much trouble for midway to animate each characters ending with the new hightech graphics there shouldnt be a problem just using the ingame play graphics for the endings all it is is extra motion capter for the endings when using ingame play graphics cause the character modals are already made and just need to be attached to the animated skeletons, cause motion capter is animated stick figures with there movements captered by acters then the character modals are attached so theres no problem it just takes more time for them and games are usually set for a spisif date that they have to be finished and that probly why the other games just got the 2 pic text thing

but for midway please this is somthing all the fans would like to have in the new MK games

its not like midway have no money, like someone said they have bought Sci who recently bought eidos who recently bought IOI from EA. It's not midway that doesn't have any money if anything its the budget given to make the MK games, then this should be increased because by far this is midways best selling game and longest running(i think)

Boon said himself that he want make this MK game a very special one and they have plenty of times to arrange a department for FMV intro/ending stuff.....

yeah it could be the best way to go out in this final battle for this MK generation.

Seeing live action of Scorpion killing Onaga and avenging his families deaths by killing Quan Chi.

Action of Sub-Zero battling his dark (Noob) bro and saving Smoke from his control.

Zombie Liu and Shang fighting would be good.

the list goes on, all you MKers have your fantasy match-ups in your heads.

When I think of what MK could've been with FMV's I think of MK: D's Sub ending, there's an excuse to rip-off the matrix right there.

I think we will definately get these on the next gen consoles.

Expecting it for Armageddon is asking for too much, especially considering all the characters and content.

Mk8 will probably have a cast of no more then 20 fighters and they probably already have it in mind to do this.

I was glad when they did FMV endings in MK4 and MKG. It was a nice change from the text and 2 pic endings of the first 3 MK games. But then when MKDA came out and I found out that they went back to 2 pic and text endings, I was very disappointed.
