Fire and Ice, someone should create a petition

I loved MKSM, the best MK for the PS2 imo. Met with positive reviews and financial success and I have been waiting for another MK adventure game since

"Fire and Ice" was scrapped early in its production due to budget issues with Midway, but I think that's fairly old news.

With WB now taking the reigns I think its a good idea to show the potential audience another MK adventure game could have.

I don't know how to make a petition, and don't have the means to circulate one effectively, but if anyone does have the means and feels the same way I do I think a petition is a fairly good idea at this point.

Hopefully by the time Netherealm Studios is completely done with MK 2011 and ready to start work on the next big thing, a petition will have gained a large amount of signatures and spark a resurrection of what could have been a really good game.

I would love to see a game like this centered around Sub-Zero and Scorpion. Their feud is part of the deeply ingrained sub-plot that surrounds almost every storyline in one way or another. On the other hand though, it makes me wonder if a game focused on the two of them would tarnish their story a bit and not make it as interesting in future games. Don't get me wrong, I'm a die hard Sub-Zero fan, and the more play time the ice man gets is fine with me, I just don't want to see their story butchered or completely over done.

I think this is something I would have to think about before signing it.

I'm in, just like MKMinx, I liked Shaolin Monks! In fact I feel that the way they made Shaolin Monks is how Mortal Kombat 3D action games should be like and not like the MKA Konquest! However, I'm afraid they make a lot of problems and storyline screw-ups that Shaolin Monks is infameous for! I don't know how Scorpion would team up with Subby...it will probably be like a rivalry between Kung Lao and Liu Kang! grin

If these guys are really gung-ho to make another advenure game then I think they should make a re-make of Mythologies: Sub-Zero cuz that did not have any story flaws at all and explained Sub's past! Just expand on that and replace THE GOD-AWFUL CONTROLS with Shaolin Monks controls! Seriously a button to move forward and a button to move backwards WTF!furious
