That would be sweet...doubtful though. I just don't see MK9's big reveal being in a UK mag.

A top secret world exclusive ps3 reveal and another exclusive reveal of a game thats an established fighting franchise and no we cant talk about how brilliant either is YET. Looks like mk9 has already been shown to game journalists and they are under strict embargo. Says major announcements are coming many of which we have already seen but we are sworn to secrecy by iron clad legal documents.

If I'm not mistaken, PSM had a reveal for one of the previous MK games. MK:DA perhaps? I could very easily be wrong on that, but I just remember the April issue of a magazine that revealed MK several years ago and I'm almost positive that it was PSM.

It does seem strange that the UK would get this news before the US would, but if it happens, well, hopefully that means the floodgates are opening soon?? Maybe??

Well, I was excited, until I realized that this issue of PSM3 JUST came out and the next one hits shelves in the UK on June 3rd... also, nowhere in there does it appear to say anything about a well established fighting game franchise. As a matter of fact, it clearly says "no, we can't give you any clues either..." meaning as to what the second reveal will be. The first one is a PS3 exclusive, which AFAIK MK9 isn't. Usually these magazines do a month in advance, so say June's issue for instance would come around the first week of May. This sucks :(.

If we have to wait until June 3rd to get any pics or info, that would suck very, very hard. That's not "soon" Boon, considering you said soon in late February. :(

I'll be hoping. Life got really busy really quickly for me, so MK hasn't been heavy in my mind lately.

Don't get me wrong, I'm still excited. Just don't have the nervous shakes anymore. I've also finally retired the noob.com error page tab on my firefox.

if the next mk turns out to be a ps3 exclusive I WILL DIE!!! ...because that means they are actually going to use that hardware with the blu ray capacity..and anyone who has played God of war 3..Knows this is a GREAT THING ...

I really don't think it will be MK9 in the reveal.

But think of this: We are supposed to get MK9 at E3, which is almost exactly a month away. In considering how long we have been waiting, that isn't too long. This month will fly.

I don't care when the news comes... as long as the news is better than what we got for what we thought was going to be the highly anticipated, darker, grittier, and greusome MK8

Sorry, but I've never been in to Assassins Creed. I've played both the first and second games for a decent amount of time (even beat the 1st one) and neither held my attention to the point where I absolutely had to rush home and play it at the end of the day.

Plus, I mean... Everyone knows that this game exists. So why the big reveal? I mean, sure, we all know that MK9 exists, but it's not like anyone's even seen anything about it up until this point. With Assassins Creed, I dunno, Ubisoft already said that they were bringing out one a year so is it really a shocker that we're seeing new stuff on it?

They (PSM3 UK) said that they would reveal 2 games. Here we have one. But they give to understand that it's the GREAT one. TThe second one even hasn't been revealed, which this second was the rumored one that would be the MK9...

will we know what the mag contains prior to june3rd? or do i have to go grab it myself?

People who subscribe to the mag get it a few days before it comes out in shops so if anyone here is subbed keep us informed!

we'll see if MK9 is the other reveal. _JRF_ also mentioned in another thread that it would get a gamemagazine exclusive..knowing his reputation..big chance it will. Could be PSM3 or an other mag.
