Will it be possible when the last of the dead warriors return, will they join in the next game for MK11?

MKX isn't even out yet and we haven't seen 100% of the story yet.

So wait until then
If they're not NPCs in this game they'll probably show up in the next one.

Heck, some of them might be DLCs in MKX.

Just wait a little longer, they are going to show us the first downloadable character before launch. And Goro, being a pre-order bonus, doesn't count.
