With Cyrax, we learned that their human bodies are still under their armors. With Smoke, we learned that they still have a soul.

Becoming humans? No....

Becoming androids? Absolutely!

You can't say that its impossibel!

Just because Tobias say they can't, doesn't mean Vogal won't consider changing Smoke back!

Did anyone ever pay attendion to what Ed Boon said?
Ed Boon: Nobody wants to pay for reality!

Mortal Kombat has gods and magical elements in it.

Scientificly we are to believe that Smoke can't be human again.

Like that one guys bio 2 for Smoke

http://www.mortalkombatonline.com/content/fansub/Images/2384.jpg

He can magicly become human again, in this case by evil magic.

Second that.

What they CAN NOT be:

Humans: no need to question that, it would ruin their complete storyline.

Robots: artificial constructs. Essentially a car assembly router is a robot. Cyrax and co. are not car assembly rooters. An live constructed ED-209 is a robot.

Androids. Androids are fully automated machines by themselves. The cy-ber LK ninjas are not, since they are made of human tissues AND mecha-nically advanced devices. T800 and T1000 (though completely liquid) are androids, machines with humanesque psychology and form. Except for the case when the T800 is covered in flesh, when that happens he is a cyborg because of the coexisting living flesh.

Definition of android: An android is an artificially created robot, an automa-tion, that resembles a human being usually both in appearance and beha-vior. The word derives from the Greek andr-, " meaning "man, human", and the suffix -eides, used to mean "of the species; alike" (from eidos "speci-es"). The key line is that the android is always "made".

**

What they WILL or SHOULD always remain:

CYBORGS, shortly for cybernetic organism, meaning a cybernetic prothe-sis upon living and sustained tissue, OR a cybernetic shell constructed around a tissue. (both cases aply for Alex J. Murphy a.k.a. RoboCop who is a human but the only living organism in him is his brain, and the artificial face tissue created for social interaction).

Definition of Cyborg: The term cyborg, a portmanteau of cybernetic organism, is used to designate an organism which is a mixture of organic and mechanical (synthetic) parts. Generally, the aim is to add to or enhance the abilities of an organism by using technology.

Hope that clears up the definitions, phew.
Yeah i definatley dont see none of the 'borgs being totally human again, like subzero. the closest i can remotley think of them even looking even remtley "human" is like doing it terminator-style and and have artificial skin here and there but definatley not them getting their nuts and bolts replaced with a heart and other organs and being totally human. just my opinion.
