I guess, but we'd also get crappy characters, crappy storylines, crappy music, and also those horrible voice overs. Sure, MKD and MKSM has crappy voice overs in them, but then you have VF4's voiceovers like Jeffry's voice and Lion's voice and well, you get the idea..

Anyway, if another company were to buy out Midway and the MK franchise, I'd hope they'd do a great job with it in ALL of its major aspects, namely gameplay, storyline, characters, ambience, etc.

hey i know its not true but sumone write to a video game magazine like psm or gamepro and ask them if its true... doin this will spread it as a rumor..n when sum1 from ea reads that maybe they'll actually decide to do it...cuz i rather see ea work on mk..ea could take mk to whole new level...so spread it around write to ur favorite mag!!

I know what you're getting at, but even so, I wouldn't want Sega to buy out the series. I'd prefer a company like Namco to take over if any company were to buy out the series.

Namco or EA are my top picks.

i think it is bullshit because midway dont have alot good games and wont sell one of their best game they got (it might happen in future if midway are going out of business)
But if ea does get it then it will mean it would be like def jam vendetta and marvel nemesis: rise of the imperfects and thats bad idea
