Dont rush it (MK Team NEED to read this)

posted10/06/2005 11:15 AM (UTC)byjustycistAs soon as they said it could come out for current consoles I nearly shit myself, and that isn't from excitement. If it comes out on Xbox or PS2 then it's obvious they will rush it so they it's out when those consoles are still pretty popular.
The MK team seem to think they have to rush the games and get them out quickly. THEY DON'T. Maybe if they took their time to complete the game 100% and put in what they promise, people would play the game alot longer and there wouln't be so much need for a new game. I really couldn't give a shit if the game was delayed because they needed to finish something, instead of just removing it (and leaving everything leading to it) and saying "We didn't have the time"... and I'm sure most other people couldn't care either.
PLEASE MKTeam, take your time on this next game (and future games). Release it late or even mid-2007 on next gen consoles (and don't forget PC ).

I agree 100%. I got over not having MK2. Once I found out it was a bug. But I would've liked to see the other extras mentioned actually in the game. Leaving all these loose ends doesn't help either.
A great example of this would be the Metal Gear Solid series. The quality is very high because they take as long as they need to get the job done right. The fans are happy to wait for the next game as they know it will be at a quality which they can appreciate.
