MK 1,2,3 and 4 had low/high punch, low/high kick

it was almost the same thing as in MK9 but were renamed to back and front.

I liked that in MK 9 you were able to use special moves during combos unlike MK3 when during a combo, its either you stop attacking and get attacked at the end, or finish the combo and your opponent falls down to the ground, unless the combo ends up as a pop-up attack.

Although I liked MK 2's style of adding a special move after attacking with high/low punch for sometime then use an attack like Scorpions spear to maximize the damage done.

Would be neat if MK X had like "Original" gameplay which is the gameplay of its own, and "Klassic" gameplay which is like how MK 2 used to be(no combos).

Any thoughts? Also if Kai is coming back in MK 10, He really needs his upside down fighting stance :P
