This is very unlikely to happen, but if extra variations were offered as DLC would you buy them? I know I would.

I wouldn't support that at all. Selling a character or a costume is one thing, but selling pieces of a character?

Not on board with that.

In reality, I will buy the komplete edition so that is not an issue I have to deal with; for the sake of the topic I will think hypothetically.

I only want classic stages; every other type of DLC is not a priority to me. Depending on the character, I might buy them, same thing goes for variations.

While I wouldn't appraise them for doing this, it would all just depend on the character and whether I frequent them or not.

It wouldn't surprise me though. With each installment, there's always some sort of pressure to make an unnecessary purchase that will ultimately be included in the final edition down the road.

But...wut ya gon do?

I can only see a few characters have new variations like Sub-Zero and Scorpion.

Would definitely buy if it was for a character I played. Variations are a huge deal for people interested in the fighting game mechanics side of things. Not having all the options for one of my characters would nerf ME.

Also, this would be Gameplay DLC and not just something aesthetic. Pretty relevant stuff

I wouldn't like it, but chances are I would buy it, I like to have everything the game has to offer.

So do all of us, that's why this would be an EXTREMELY TERRIBLE idea.

I agree, it would irritate me, DLC in general already does, but me not buying it wont make it go away lol

I find the variation idea pretty interesting but not enough to buy DLC of it.

I would probably go for it. More so if it was for one of the new characters that I wanted to get extra good at using. Really depends on what the variation consisted of

I would only buy it if it is the EXTRA/ADDITIONAL variation and ONLY IF it is for Tanya in ADDITION of the 3 she has, provided she makes it in the game. other than that, I can care less, and I won't waste my money on it, unless it's a Kharacter I like such as Daegon, Kintaro or what have you.
