Good to see I'm not the only one who wondered this.

It would be weird to play MK1 and see Kano wearing black and red. Hopefully they took the proper time to go through it all and have everyone match their respective game.

I dont know if they will actually re-shoot and remake everything. That would take A LOT of work and this time frame of supposedly the next coming months is too short for them to remake 3 games from top to bottom. I have a feeling this is going to be just glorified versions of the classics with maybe HD 16x9 screen size and full online play with better match making options and bigger community.

I've red somewere that the first MK took like 6 months to make. and that's like 20 years ago.
I'm guessing that to recreate a game like that, with today's technologie and team size it would take what... a month?!

Plus the concept, story, creative period have all been done. so that cut the lenght of the devlopment.

Yeah,even if they recapture the characters and use updated stuff it would not take as long as it would have back than. I think I read somewhere that they were using new actors for the HD Kollection...dunno how reliable that source was but it also stated that some of the story may be fixed up a bit. If that info is true...I wonder if the fixed story is the story they use for MK2011's bio's?
