In the spirit of the revealing of the second to best Reboot to the series, Mortal Kombat 9 I have taken it upon myself to make another one of the "create" series. The rules are pretty simplistic and should be easy to follow. So lets get creating!

General Details: First arena i would put in the game if they had the mbyte for it to be saved and shown on XBOX360 live or PSN, would be Hell Chamber. It's made like Kahn's Kave but instead of someone of his stature sitting on the throne its someone like Shinnok or another evil character like Quan Chi.

Specific Details: Little winged dragons are seen flowing around on the damned, dead, and rotten flesh that has been exhausted into a pit of fire by the evil God Sem. Punished for their crimes for over serveral centuries ago, these damned spirits are still in the places where they were trapped, caught, and or killed. The Half-dead dogs still bitting the flesh of their selves, take great pride in server their undead god by sucking up the blood and giving it to the Vampire People.

Appearances: Shinnok might make 3 through 4 appearances throughout the stage to check on the combatants and probably to throw a "Test your Luck" type of roluttute in the round.
