I remember Ed Boon saying the boss of MKX is a returning character from a previous game. Could it still be the ex-Emperor of Outworld Shao Kahn? Supposedly in MK9 he was beaten and destroyed at the end of the story but remember, Goro too was supposedly killed and beaten at the end of the original MK game only to reappear in MK4 later on. So does anyone believe that Shao Kahn is still the boss?
