@Dellombie I kind of disagree with you. The MK community has had a really hard time embracing the MK4-Deception era characters. Save for a few, it's almost a universal belief that all of the newcomers suck.
And so I think it's important to reveal the newcomers sooner instead of later. Give us time to get familiar with them so it's easier to embrace them into the MK family.
I think the more we see of the new characters prior to release (reveals, gameplay footage, etc), the easier it will be to welcome them into the MK universe.
