I'll be honest, I didn't see it coming at all! I guess we all knew Reiko wouldn't make it through the end of the comics, so at least his death served the plot well. What a weird issue! I'm glad the prequel to MKX aspect is starting to really come together.

New outfit for Reiko , him & Havik should be dlc , there part in the comic has been huge enough to warrant inclusion.

So they finally killed Reiko after all? Damn, I'm not even a fan of Reiko by any means, but even I know that was a huge waste. I hope he and Havik make it as DLC, or at the very least the next game.

Reiko's betrayal by Havok was awesome - first read through I was disappointed coz it meant no more Reiko / felt a bit like a waste, but then remembered, the story needed to move on. Reiko's played out his arc, there was nowhere for him to go.

I knew Havik was going to betray him since they were first revealed to be working together. I just knew it.

Well we all knew Reiko wasn't going to make it out of this comic. I have my doubts about Havik as well. This whole comic is pretty much an easy way out for NRS to do away with characters they never, ever want to be bothered with again.

I wouldn't be surprised if by the end of this series Havik organizes 90% of the post MK3 characters in some remote location and drops a nuke on them all.

Let's just be honest !Reiko obviously has many things to show off when it is compared to some MKX characters like Jacqui,Jax,Takeda and Erron Black and NRS could easily empower his UNIQUE STORY AND MOVESET ! Reiko has a undeniable unique style after all !

NRS doesn't write the comic. They approve character usage and deaths but it's all Shawn.

So now we know why years later the special for establishing hold the amulet. The daggers brought forth the amulet from its hiding place else and however the comic ends Raiden and Sonya take it and bind it with sigils until mileena ends up with it.

To bad about Reiko though. Here's hopi get he can get freed of the nether realm for a future game. Also Jared and Tasia would be great addition so to next gen

I hope Havik is in the next game. The guy looks so cool
And probably he is the most requested 3D charahter. It is a shame NRS don't feel the same about him as fans do.
