No, I do not think Tremor is a classic character so to speak, hell the one game he was in isn't usually considered a classic BUT I am not mad about him being in, he looks great to me, and I am extremely curious to see what they will do with the Earth powers, so im pumped for him.

You can look at all my old posts regarding him and I never felt strongly about him one way or another, but all these rustled jimmies and hate makes me want to embrace the character tbh lol

He was an insignificant boss character/cannon fodder in a none canon game that Boon and the rest have tried to bury and forget about.

If they were going to bring him in it should have been in concept and name alone and they should have made a completely new character.

He is classic because he supposed to be in MK Trilogy, there is leaked bio of him. So yeah Tremor is klassiK and he rocks!

Tremor is "klassic" ONLY because he was (surprise) a ninja who debuted in the Trilogy era, in what turned out to be the shittiest game in the history of the franchise.

I guess you could say he's caused quite a rift.



But seriously, I don't care for him.

Tremor is obviously not classic, but he def deserves to finally be adapted and updated as a DLC.

Design wise I think he looks great. I honestly will probably end up getting him and Tanya just for the hell of it.

My problem is that they advertised two classic characters, and Tremor clearly doesn't fit the mold. Just because he was originally going to be in Trilogy doesn't make him a classic character. If they were going by that word, people should've expected Noob Saibot, Smoke, Cyrax, Sektor, etc.

This. So much this. What a waste of a character slot. This is the first time that I'm more excited for a guest character than an MK character.

They mean that NRS promised two classic characters in the Kombat Pack, and they are trying to pass Tremor off as one of them.

He is not classic not at all but he does look awesome and will probably play well I just wish one of the guests were swapped for a true klassic character instead we get two guests one new character and one crappy 3d era character definately won't be buying the kombat pack so glad I downgraded from the kollextors edition a month ago something told me that I would be disappointed with the DLC!

Not a Tremor fan at all, but people need to stop talking about what characters "deserve" to be in.

None of them "deserve" to be in, it's whoever the devs want to market or feel like they can give something cool or unique in this installment.

I feel like the devs should do whatever they want to do instead of what they feel obligated or forced to do.

I might not get MKX because of the roster, but I hope the game does well to secure the future of the franchise and I hope people enjoy the game to it's maximum.

I'm sure it'll be well-made and I look forward to the future of the series.

Wasn't stryker getting a lot of hate before Mk9? They could make Tremor pretty awesome gameplay wise.

Tremor fans just make their voice Loud and NRS ear. Thats what we got!!! even then, they can ́t please everybody.

If you mean "before MK9" as in the games before that, then yeah. I think when the first gameplay of Stryker was shown a lot of people changed their mind pretty quickly. I know I did.

Also his chapter in Story Mode was pretty fun.

I know NRS has the ability to make these characters great, like they were able to do with Stryker. I don't think anybody would argue against that.
