The majority of characters on your list don't have a chance.

i think there should NOT be any new characters. the whole point of armageddon was to get rid of some of them.
however, these characters HAVE to be on mk8:
1) Reiko, as succesor to the throne of outwrold.
2)Motaro, oversized and with four legs (PLEASE!), and a super-hard sub-boss.
3)Rain, story with much potential.
4)Scrpion and Quan Chi, beacuse of unfinished business.
5)Raiden, main bad guy
6)Kung Lao, so he can kill evil liu kang

that's all i'm asking for...

Another "Rain has potential because OMG he luks k3wlz now" reply. I see that hasn't changed, and I still don't get it. Why does Rain have any more potential than Darrius, Jarek, Tanya, or any other last minute excuse for a character?
